Rules for using the database "Laws of Ukraine"
The database "Laws of Ukraine" (hereinafter referred to as "the Database") is designated for a wide circle of users. It includes documents of:
- the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
- the President of Ukraine;
- the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
- organs of higher judicial branch of power of Ukraine;
- ministries and departments registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
- international documents.
In order to regulate access to the Database we have introduced some restrictions.
All rights to any textual, graphic or other (audio, video) information presented on the web-site "Laws of Ukrainian" (except for texts of official documents) reserved. Copyright applies to software, search engines, design and structure of pages, as well as the Database.
the Database is not designated for commercial use;
the Database is of informative nature and is not an official edition (see the Decree of the President of Ukraine N 503/97 "On the Procedure for Official Promulgation of Normative and Legal Acts and Their Coming into Force" of June 10, 1997);
when placing documents from the Database on other sites, it is obligatory to refer to the main page of the web-site.
complicated contextual search may be interrupted with time-out in 10 seconds. Please optimize your inquiry and try returning to the server again. Notification on unsuccessful search appears most often during the peak hours (from 10:00 until 13:00 and from 14:00 until 17:00);
temporary lists of documents formed during the search are saved in the cache of inquiries at our server. The number of list files is limited, that's why they can be extracted, so while viewing pages of this list you may see a notification saying that a temporary list has not been found;
limited number of pages, which are opened by one IP-address within a minute. It's not recommended to load the server with inquiries, since this will deny access for several minutes. After repeated multiple denials of access to our web-site, access is suspended for 24 hours, sometimes forever.
