"On Restoring Specific Provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine"

The Law envisages restoring specific provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine that were unlawfully amended as a result of the adoption of the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine N 20-rp/2010 of September 30, 2010 (with amendments according to the Laws of Ukraine N 2952-VI of February 1, 2011, and N586-VII of September 19, 2013) in a case initiated by the constitutional submission of 252 people's deputies of Ukraine concerning the adherence to the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutional validity) of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendment of the Constitution of Ukraine" N 2222-IV of December 8, 2004 (case on adherence to the due procedure of amendment of the Constitution of Ukraine).

To that effect, the Law presents Articles 76, 78, 81 - 83, 85, 87, 89, 90, 93, 98, and 112 115 of the Constitution of Ukraine in a new version, and amends Articles 77, 88, 94, 103, 106, 116, 120, 121, 122, 136, and 141 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
