"On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Land Management" Regarding Shorter Term of Land Management Documentation Preparation"

The Law of Ukraine "On Land Management" determines the legal and organizational principles of work in the sphere of land management and is aimed at regulating relations arising between the bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government, legal entities and legal persons, in order to ensure sustainable development of land management.

Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "On Land Management" determines the rights and obligations of the developers of land management documentation.

The draft suggests to supplement part 2, Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "On Land Management" with a new provision, according to which developers of land management documentation shall be obligated, among others, to carry out the work related to land management documentation development in the term envisaged in the agreement.

According to the Law, the maximum term for developing land management documentation must not exceed six months after conclusion of the agreement.
